On Saturday, we drove to Hickory to Zach's Birthday Party! They had it at a place called Hickory Dickory Dock. We had a lot of fun! On the way down, about 30 minutes into the ride, Gracie seems to be car sick. She is riding in the very back of the van, and we thought maybe she was just hungry. Well, that wasn't the case. Once we arrived, she played for about 20 min or so, and came back saying her tummy hurt still, and she wanted to lay down. Not the ideal time to get sick, and I felt terrible for her. We were in such a fun place, and here she was laying around feeling crappy. Boo!
My dad played with Jai for a while, and my mom and I took care of her. She was able to eat some, and lay back down...then got up for a bit to play. She felt a little better, but was ready to leave after about 30 minutes of games, etc. Poor kiddo!
Jai had a great time! He was running around doing all sorts of things!
He loves the games where you drive/ride. He's still too short to reach pedals, etc...but he still loves it.
Happy Birthday Zach!! We didn't get to see him open his presents, but I heard that he got some cool gifts! :)
These bumber cars were a hit! They were soooooo slooooooow! It didn't seem to faze the kids though, they had a great time on them!
haha. This was the 'smile' I asked for. Love it!
It was a great day! We were wore out when we left. That's a great place to visit if you are ever in/near Hickory. Thanks Angela and Bryan~ :O)

ReplyDeleteI didn't know you guys didn't get to see him open his presents, I know that room was very small. He loves the Sorry game but has almost given up playing b/c Andrew wins it every time! haha
